"Barely better than a hostel. Top floor rooms smell like mould, no hot water on upper floors, no A/C before June (even though it was in the mid 20’s), no window screens, just felt like a “sick” building that would be condemned and torn down in my country. In a crappy, dirty, seedy area as well."

"Abhorrent staff. I booked a stay for June which I immediately noticed was booked incorrectly for May instead. I was on the phone with them within 10 minutes of the booking to cancel/change my stay and the staff was extremely rude and would not refund me ANY of my money. On top of that the staff was incredibly unfriendly. I would avoid this place like the plague, they will try and swindle you."

"The standard of the room met my expectations based on the price and location. But the check in process was unprofessional, and the staff were unfriendly and even aggressive. I have made a complaint. I only stayed here because my usual hotels in Geneva were fully booked. I will never stay at Geneva Residence Hotel again. "

"Upon arrival, we had to check in outdoors in the rain via a machine. Staff were there but refused to help. Reception is closed for many hours of the day. Toilet flush button fell off. There's a Mecure hotel just next door, go there instead."
