This is a nice little clean hotel. Staff was friendly and the free breakfast was great. Gravy biscuits, fresh waffles, cereal, toast, yogurt, muffins. I highly recommend staying here!

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The front desk staff was rude and inattentive. They totally ignored several guests at the front desk. The room was disheveled and in poor condition. The smoke detector had been removed and only bare wires were hanging from the wall. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and the drain stops were not working. The breakfast was almost non-existent. The highlight was that the coffee tasted good and was hot. The A/C in the room barely cooled the room and ran loudly all night, making it hard to sleep. The bed was hard and the pillows small and with little "fluff", which added to the difficulties sleeping. I do not recommend the Quality Inn in Albertville and would never book another room there.

Quality Inn in Albertville was one of the best and cleanest one that I’ve ever stayed in. Lady at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was friendly and professional.

Desk clerk was friendly. Bed was very uncomfortable, pillows were horrible, the stoppers for the sink and tub were not the right ones so neither could be filled with water, missing baseboards and huge cracks under the door.

The room was clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast was wiped out before 6:45 and nobody brought out more . The pool was not opened still had the cover over it and gym was non existent. Thankfully we only needed a place to sleep and it did satisfy that. I’d probably stay again if I just needed a bed and shower.

We stayed there for several days and were told we were only allowed 1 towel each. When they cleaned our room, they took the towels and didn't replace them. we were left without towels on our last stay and couldn't take a shower. The coffee was watered down. The other food items were good. The sheets and blankets were stained, the sheets smelled like they hadn't been replaced. The pillow cases were also stained. Not sure if it was a stain or if it was left by the previous guest. The blankets were not enough to keep us warm.

Not bad for the price. The front door didn't seal properly. Breakfast is first come first serve, they don't restock anything, so I can't say if it was any good. Check out is at noon but housekeeping was knocking on the door by 11:15AM. The TV didn't work, every channel glitched or turned off period. If you just need a decent place to stay and shower for the night, I recommend. Room nice, bed comfy. Lots of places to eat within a few blocks.

Don't stay here unless you like dirt and noise!

Check in was easy and front desk personnel was friendly. Went downhill from there. Bed was hard as a rock. Sheets had stains. Curtains wouldn't close all of the way - had to use the pants hangar to clip them together. The room was not clean. HVAC was super loud and didn't work - cranked it all the way down to 65° and the room temp never got below 75°. Person in the room next door decided to smoke right outside my HVAC unit which sucked the smoke into my room. Breakfast was a few pieces of fruit and some toast. Would not ever stay there again!

It was ok, the vent in the bathroom was hanging down. The desk clerk gave us, my boyfriend and I 1towel to share for our shower...and it was damp, not even dry from the dryer. Breakfast, all they had was muffins, waffle, and yogurt.

The property was trashy. The workout room was a hot box. No air conditioner. The pool was covered. Under the cover the pool was filled in with concrete. The security camera didn’t work. We asked because one of our vehicles was hit. Our door key card didn’t work. He also wouldn’t fix it til the next day so anytime we needed in our room he had to come and use the actual key to let us in. There was no breakfast. I would not recommend this place to anyone and honestly it probably needs shut down because it’s that bad. Not as advertised. Website is deceiving on what you are suppose to get verses what you actually get.

Paints pealing off most ceilings, shower curtain was missing, no washcloths….had to go get them, floor was grimy, some of the outlets didn’t work, breakfast was worse than minimal. Had to ring at front desk to get service, no one for service at breakfast so what was put out at 6 am was what was left at 9, and some mornings things were gone or really picked over. Hotel has really declined since we started staying there.

They say that check-out can be done at noon, but that’s a lie; check-out actually has to be done at 11:00 AM, and if you ask at the front desk, they will treat you very, very poorly. The bedside tables had marks from liquor bottles, the bathroom was dirty, and the bed was also very dirty.

No se queden en este lugar al hacer el check in las sábanas estaban Sucias (tengo fotos) el piso llenos de dulces pegados las paredes sucias y por quedarme una noche me cargaron de 63.00 la noche debitaron 549.63 y nadie me los quiere devolver y horrible servicio… ni expedía ni el hotel me devolvieron nada y yo tenía mis recibos de pago Do not stay at this place. When I checked in, the sheets were dirty (I have photos), the floor was covered in stuck-on candy, and the walls were dirty. Although the rate was supposed to be $63.00 per night, they charged me $549.63, and no one wants to refund the money. The service was horrible—neither Expedia nor the hotel refunded me anything, even though I had my payment receipts.

Good stay at a good price

I had a comfortable stay of two nights here. It was clean well priced in in a safe location. The rooms were basic but comfortable and clean. Only downside was the breakfast was very basic with just waffles and very bad coffee all night we could stay.

We had to ask to change rooms because the room they gave us had not been cleaned up. The towels and sheets were clean in the other room, but were dingy and had stains all over them. We had two night stay, but decided to only stay one night. We ended up going back home. We checkout at around 9:00 AM on 03/07/26.
