"The motor inn is located in a very convenient, quiet, residential area in Albury. Off road parking provided. The room & bathroom were basic motel style but all was very clean. We only stayed one night and everything was fine, plenty of options for eating nearby. We were happy and would stay again. For a longer stay we would like to see an update to the decor and mattress. "There was no kitchen, no dining room. The overall hotel was very cheap looking. The entrance was ok and so was the reception with nice attendants. The lift was a goods lift and as goods lifts are poor. Had to get up two steps to get there. My room was enormous as if there was a family occupying it. The bedroom was well away from the bedroom, which does not suit me at my age. Asked for another one, NOThing available. Tried to get into the other Quest hotel, but that could not be done as I had paid through Expedia. Both hotels are owned by the same person, which I found out later. Eventually after some hours got the appartment that was belonging to the same room. Much better with a toilet close by. While I was there no cleaning of the floors or bathroom was done. Got new towels and that was all. Not a very good hotel for the amount I have paid. Very 😞😞😞😞😞😞"
