"The property was spacious, and my unit was as large as an apartment, so I had plenty of room to spread out. The pool was great, but the best thing about it is that I went down there to see spring training games, and its location just north of Phoenix meant that I was within a half hour of all of the ball parks! The people running the place were very nice as well!"

"This was a good stay for the 2 nights we were there for going to a concert at The Desert Diamond Arena, the room was decent. ( it’s a motel, so just the basics) We drove, only thing is they don’t always have enough parking on site, but not the end of the world. I would definitely stay here again, and we were there during peak season. The pool is clean, and the AC in the room worked great, and felt safe. 4.5 stars for a Motel Stay. "

"This was worse than "you get what you pay for'! Unsafe and in complete disrepair. Needed one night close to the airport to sleep for 6 hours before an early flight. Would have been better sleeping on the airport floor. The girl who checked us in was nice."
