"Excellent staff in all departments. I'm a regular visitor to the hotel. The location is ideal."

"Lovely staff rooms and areas clean. Could do with some updating around indoor gym pool areas. No indoor pool available. Gym equipment useable but needs a bit of a spruce up. Hotel shop limited! I was told there was a problem with the rooms which was a lie. I found out that the hotel overbooked hence had to send numerous people elsewhere.
