"The place was clean, and the staff was amazing. It’s an old motel, which would be nice if it were improved. However, I really appreciated the sparkles and the good smell. No cigarettes at all, and the bathroom was shining. Very close to the UConn campus, about 7 minutes, and very convenient."

Drove 2 hours home to come back again next day for a graduation. Now fighting to get my money back. Nasty employee. Had a hard time from minute we entered hotel."

"Parking situation was horrible really needs some updating literally chairs were falling apart We were booked for 2days when we arrived backed to our room on second nite our room keys did NOT work pouring rain then went BACK to front desk to be dismissed by reception that we were only there for one nite finally went back to our room and clearly nothing had been done by housekeeping I sincerely suggest when booking to check what other events are going on on property..both nites had large weddings in tent and DJ was quite load "

"Room was fine, clean. The guests upstairs were very inconsiderate and we heard everything they/their kids were doing. Very loud. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom literally pulled right out of the wall. Was not mounted. The shower did not turn on all of the way. Overall, it was a lot to pay for what we got."
