"Great place but my tv didn’t work"

"Room was clean, spacious, nice balcony(although being able to shut off the balcony light at night would be great) staff was so friendly and helpful especially the two woman that checked me in and out. Fast check in, good location for areas we were heading ( Boca, downtown,del ray) great price in comparison to others"

"We really Iiked everything. It is currently sandwiched in by two other buildings getting work done, but it was still as peaceful as it could be. It has a great workout room, really nice; and the concierge down stairs was very helpful with getting us info and helping us schedule a wayer taxi. Its in a great location for sure, and the ocean is probably 40 yards off the pool deck. Awesome!"

"The front desk woman was THE nastiest, most evil and downright sorry excuse of a person. The owner was completely aware and defender her. She opened my door without ANY warning so my dog barked. She then called me "a stupid bi$@t" loud and proud in front of the entire staff and other customers, again the owner was aware and claimed that my dog ATTACKED her, he barked. Don't expect to get any mail or packages, she won't be bothered. I watched her scream and hang up on a customer, he was locked out and she flatly told him that she refused to get off of her lazy as$ to walk upstairs to help him. My room was disgusting, I kept getting locked inside and she said that if it happened again she would leave us locked inside. She also tried to throw me out over a dog bark. The owner REFUSED to run my card and tried to force me to pay cash, like that's not odd at all. The ONLY perk to this place is the very nice man that works in the evening. NOBODY got in the nasty pool and I saw rats running around the property BEWARE OF THIS HELL HOLE AND THE NASTIEST FRONT DESK PERSON YOU'LL EVER MEET"

"The staff was always very friendly and the rooms were clean. However it felt like whole the rooms were updated they could use some work. Peeling paint on window seals, minor things like that. For me, the outdoor was more of the issue."

"The pool and spa were very nice amenities. Room was pretty clean and cold for good sleep. The staff were friendly and offered details about marriot amenities. The breakfast buffet was yummy!"

"Room was disgusting, staff was rude I was cold asked for an extra blanket they told me they didn’t have the lady at the desk with the green shirt she’s a heavier girl was extra rude told me to basically get over it. Room was gross my mom got a rash from layin on your dirty beds, Curtains were falling Coffee maker was broken Tv didn’t work I even called front desk to have another room and he told me he couldn’t help me that oh well some rooms don’t have tv.
