"We had a roof terrace room and it was a really lovely room. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was gorgeous. Free parking right outside. The town of caslano was beautiful, lovely circuit walk right from the hotel and we walked down to the historic centre at night to eat takeaway pizza at the side of the lake, as well as eating in the grotto opposite. The service was excellent from both the kitchen personnel and reception, all requests were speedily carried out.
The cleaning of our room was made daily and performed at a high standard.
The breakfast included both a buffet and cooked options and were of a high quality.
