"Several visits now. Staff and Food always excellent. The Steam Room in the Spa was Out of Order, which was a shame. I now mention it every time about the front door, it is so heavy and difficult to open. A motorised power door should be installed. Also, the state of the car park is atrocious. I don't care that it is a 3rd Party, It is bringing the hotel down."

"I misread the directions and ended up at the wrong door but a helpful man on the phone put me right straightaway. The room itself was great - clean and well-kept, comfortable bed, good kitchen facilities, good shower and the complimentary breakfast cereal and snacks were a nice touch. I had a very comfortable stay and will choose Winckley again."

"Easy parking at the front of the hotel, friendly welcome. Loved that the check in was after 2pm! Room was an Exec Patio king which was on the ground floor of the new wing, overlooking the front. Very clean, with toiletries, iron ironing board, coffee machine, kettle, simple but good storage for a couple of nights stay. Shelving for own toiletries in bathroom and great mirrors/lighting. Hairdryer, smart tv. Comfortable bed and pillows, usb ports beside bed, blackout curtains, and patio door with...

"Booked room with a sofa but room had third bed in so there was no sofa. Could hear other guests children late at night and very early in morning so rooms are not sound proofed. No heating in bathroom so cold and not even winter yet. Hotel is very convenient to M6 and staff were very professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good and fresh."

"A lovely hotel, well presented, a great variety of breakfasts available. We had to ask again for tea and for toast. The room was very nice and clean with all amenities."

"Fabulous"

"Possibly the best hotel in Blackpool. It helps that it’s brand new. The rooms are well designed, the bed comfortable and the blackout curtains do their job well. Breakfast was very good; plenty of choice and good quality. All staff members I spoke to were friendly and helpful. There’s no better hotel if you’re arriving by train."

"Perfect hotel"

"Clean room, good location and friendly staff"

"Nice rooms & fantastic location"

"We had a good stay here. The room had everything we needed for one night in Blackpool. It was a little farther from the main area than we had hoped but still walkable. Its an incredible building, but could use a refurb."
