The hotel staffs were excellent and helpful. The bath powder that you can get from level 2 was a highlight after a long day walk. The bed and pyjamas were comfy. The only down side was the room was a bit too small for a family of 4.

THE BASICS FUKUOKA
We had a memorable stay in Fukuoka and the hotel experience plays a large part in it. The rooms are modern, big and clean. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to Hakata station. stayed one night here and it was perfectly adequate. we were upgraded to a larger room on the top floor, it was spacious but the toilet seat wasn't clean. appreciated the in-room laundry facilities though. breakfast was included and it was quite good, it also starts at 6:30am which was convenient ...
