The bed was very comfortable, staff was incredibly helpful, we loved the area because it was so easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

Great place the complimentary amenities were amazing but grab them whilst you can otherwise you won’t be able to take them. It had bath salt and facial masks. We drove the bed was spacious and I had the view of mt Fuji. I would however find it hard if walking as I could see people tiredly pushing their luggage up a little hill. The breakfast like others said are simple but I liked it. Nice and clean great English with the staff. Loved it thank you

we booked this hotel because it was more budget friendly and it shows. The room is small, the hotel isn’t very clean and you can tell the building itself is more run down. The rooftop view isn’t anything to shout about and it’s only a nice view if you get a lucky clear day (which we didn’t). Outside of that, it’s just a rooftop with some tables scattered around. It’s a 15 minute walk from the station and you can rent bikes there, which helps with getting around. I wouldn’t recommend walking to anywhere you want to go as it’s quite a good distance. The free breakfast is nice. The customer service is ok. It’s a decent hotel but it’s nothing fancy if youre looking for something simple in the area, it’s a good option.

Good base for a visit to Mt Fuji. Train station only as short walk away and hotel provides a shuttle service when you have baggage. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We only stayed one night, but the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. They provided everything we needed (and extras face masks!) the staff we friendly and helpful. It's around a 15 minute walk from kawaguchiko station, which is handy. It's convenient to explore lake Kawaguchiko area. They have bikes for hire, including electric bikes, which is great.

Decent place to rest. There are many things to do so we didn’t spend time in the room other than to shower and sleep. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the train/bus station. Close to bus route (red line).

Our room is huge facing the Mt. Fuji and so clean. Also, they provide takkyubin services for our luggages. We had free breakfast and there were only 2 options. We tried both and these were awesome. The staff is super friendly.

The view of majestic Mt Fuji from the room was beyond words. The room was big, very clean and it was a very nice and comfortable stay.

So glad we stayed here. The twin rooms had 2 queen beds. Mt Fuji view rooms were excellent. Ours had a tatami mat sitting area. The view of the mountain from the roof was amazing!! Can walk from the train station about 15 minutes. Taxis were lined up so chose to walk. Very clean. Kind staff. Highly recommend!

如果在日本希望有濃濃的台灣味, 這裡應該會讓台灣人 很有感. 但希望包括屋頂的觀景台設施要維護一下, 不然挺可惜的. 離車站需要步行約 20 分鐘, 自己沒有預約接駁, 因為也 不確定入住有沒有這方面的服務, 但早上有三個時段 可以到車站, 這就看個人需求了. 整體來說, 住在這裡別 期望可以像東京市區或車站附近那樣晚上要上個超市 很方便, 自己是覺得很享受這種真正的遠離塵囂感, 給 需要的人參考.

Very clean. Staff were very nice. The HAOSTAY COFFEE from the same owner is 3 minutes walk from train/bus station. They provide free service to transfer the luggages from the HAOSTAY hotel to HAOSTAY COFFEE.

The shower in room 102 smelled of sewage. At first I thought we just needed to leave the vent on but after the first day it was apparent that it was something that could not be fixed as it was coming from drain and would only stop if water was going through to block it. By the time we figured it out we already checked out. For the price paid for the large room it was definitely a poor value and I would expect cleaning staff to identify issues when preparing the room.

The unobstructed view of Mt Fuji is unbeatable. It’s also walkable to all major main attractions and bus stop is not far away. But it will be some walk from train station if you have huge luggage. Breakfast is simple but delicious. A lovely stay!

The room was interesting with an area for watami. The view from the room was perfect, looking directly at the mt Fuji. Room was clean and breakfast was good also. Will return for my next trip. Highly recommended!

Hyggeligt hotel med direkte udsigt til Mount Fuji
Hotellet ligger en 15-20 mins gåafstand til Kawaguchi station, men det er det værd når man har direkte udsigt til Mount Fuji. Selve værelset med twin beds var rummeligt med behagelige queen size beds, og nød den japanske indretning med tatami måtter. Der var endda japansk morgenmad inkluderet i prisen og gratis shuttlebus til stationen.

Recomiendo tomar taxi si traes maletas grandes. Porque es un camino de 15 minutos por lo menos desde la estacion hasta el hotel. Un taxi te cobra 740yenes de la estación al hotel. Son 3 mins en carro.

Wir waren als Familie unterwegs und das Viererzimmer war für eine Nacht genau passend. Man ist selbst mit Gepäck in 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof im Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. An unserem Abreisetag hat man uns angeboten, unsere Koffer nicht im Hotel zu lagern, sondern diese in das Schwestercafe in der Nähe vom Bahnhof bringen zu lassen. So mussten wir am Nachmittag nicht noch einmal ins Hotel zurück. Sehr praktisch! Das westliche Frühstück besteht entweder aus zwei Scheiben Toastbrot mit Eier- oder Thunfischaufstrich.
