We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The large bath has some issues with being clean...maybe it is just old.
Breakfast has a lot of choices, but half is Japanese style.
The room was comfortable.
Enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Service staff are very helpful and speaks good English. Ms Yamamoto was very welcoming and warm towards guests and provided guidance and suggestions.
Room condition - clean
Air conditioning - good.
Amenities in room - bottled water, kettle tea/ coffee sachets.
Wifi - fantastic.

Liked: Cleanliness
Very friendly staff. Right next door to Haus Ten Bosch! Great bathhouse. Very clean rooms. A little outdated but very comfortable. Breakfast was a feast with many options.
Everything was great, staff friendly. The only issue was immediately following the booking of our reservation, we received an email from the hotel stating that renovation was going on and the view from our room would be blocked due to the scaffolding. This was the case, but it was not a big deal. Breakfast was great, too.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Good: location and breakfast
Bad: bathroom smell and limited English speaking staff
If you want to go to Huis Ten Bosch, this hotel is convenient to stay at. Their breakfast was good too. The small store inside this hotel was convenient to buy some snacks and drinks.
Rooms and amenities were nice but dated. Service on the other hand was not good in my experience. If you are expecting to do, eat or do anything at all at night, forget it, there is nothing nearby or inside the hotel
