We had a wonderful time! The hotel and staff were a delight! We enjoyed our stay at the Luitpoldpark Hotel. It was convenient to the train/bus station and the old town. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Germany.

Great place for a stay in Fussen. Hotel rooms were large and clean and staff were very friendly. They have easy underground parking and lots of restaurants in close walking distance with traditional Bavarian food.

We had an amazing room with our own sauna, the room / apartment was spacious with lots of lounge space, couches and storage. We were on the top floor with amazing views overlooking the city lights and streets below, along with the alps/mountains across the horizon. The staff were very accommodating and while they didn’t speak much English they made every effort to attend to us. It gave us a good opportunity to practice using our translator apps.

Can’t recommend this place enough!! The reception staff were wonderful, and it’s right next to train station and bus stop for the castles. Also a short walk to Old Town, which is worth a day of its own. Hope to stay again some day.

Very clean, nice staff, very conveniently located in the town center, walkable to bus stops. If you park at the garage, you get a free Fussen Card which can give you free bus (and more) rides to the Neuschwanstein and even discounted admission tickets. Beds are very very comfy too!

Great for a one night stay to visit Castle Neuschwanstein and Castle Hohenschwangau. Super convenient and close to the train station. Arrives from Munich and headed out to Colmar, France. They held our luggage since we get t there before check in and provided everything we needed for our stay. Lots of room, comfortable, and quiet!

It was great being within the old town area, and the location very near the free bus to the castles was a real plus. The facility is getting a bit dated and the (family) room, while spacious, was not very well appointed. Breakfast was great. Navigating the hotel's underground parking garage was a bit tight.

The hotel is located in a very convenient spot in town, few steps away from the train station and bus stops with plenty of shopping and dining options close by. The rooms at the hotel were spacious and clean and excellent service while checking in and out.

Great location

Great hotel to stay in for your visit to the castle! Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was good- lots of people eating but service was ready promptly. We were in a large van so we knew the parking garage under the hotel would be very tight, they recommended one just a 5 min walk away that was outdoors and worked perfectly for us.
