"Outside grounds of the hotel leave something to be desired but the rooms were ok. Housekeeping was spotty but the breakfast was good. Do your research though. Good price but farther up the mountain than you would think and the in house restaurant is overpriced. Bring plenty of cash because the “incuded” breakfast is not so all incusive. "

"The property, facilities and amenities were readily available. The gym appeared worn and the image on the website was not an accurate representation. Some of the staff was cordial and welcoming and yet some others were indifferent when it came to providing assistance or sharing information. When we arrived were asked to attend a timeshare information session which proved to be a bad experience. "

"Room are not worth of paying. No drinking water in room or you can’t get water bottle near by your room. Bathroom shower keeps licking. Staff so rude and not help full at all. I don’t recommend "

"Good morning, in trying to give you the biggest and fairest picture of this property, I would say that overall we had a pleasant trip. The staff is extremely friendly and quick to respond to any of your needs. We felt the hotel had charm and a beautiful view as promised. However, we also felt that the facility was very outdated and in need of many repairs. During our four day stay, we reassigned three different rooms due to various issues.
