"The hotel is more of a truck stop. It's right next to a freeway and a gas station. It's affordable and there is plenty of parking. If sleep is not an issue, this hotel is fine and serves a purpose. It's clean, well appointed and there is hot running water. The walls are thin though and you will hear your neighbors, hallway noise and freeway noise. "

"Called front desk many times, no answer. Only 2 cars parked in the entire parking lot and when I went to the front desk, she said she was busy for the last hour. TV wasn’t working and the instructions for wi Fi are horrible. The next door days inn has better customer service. Do yourself a favor and save your money and do not stay here "

"Great budget hotel for solo traveling or families!"

"The beds were filthy stained with urine the mattress pad was worse than the mattress. We had to demand a new one for one bed. The shower liners had black mold spots all over and a slimy pinkish film across the bottom half, we had to remove the liners before showering. Dishes had dried food on them, the silverware holder was gunked with mustard and crumbs. Couch was disgusting. Under the cushions were filled with dirt and crumbs. Toilet had dried waste speckles on it we had to clean and disinfect the entire cabin. Bathrooms and shower are very small. The kitchen blind wouldn't go up or down. Light over the kitchen sink was out. The oven needed cleaned it smoked when we cooked a pizza. Every window sill had dead bugs in it. I was told the owner would contact me It has been 2 weeks and no contact. The 2 new house cleaners were super friendly and helpful! I would not recommend especially if traveling with family. I am very disapointed in our experience here. "

"TV was easy to operate. The heavy rain caused the parking lot to be very muddy. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated the property allowing our small dog to stay. There was very low water pressure in the sink and shower."

"Great place to stay. One of the nicest BW hotels. Also still kinda rural so its quite. Breakfast is good and staff is nice. Lake Fork nearby."
