This holiday home is just 125 m from the sea at Slude Strand! It is located on a 1,000 m & # 178; large, well protected nature property with hedge, bushes and trees. The cottage has inside a spacious kitchen / living area with direct access to the two large terraces of the house. The living room is equipped with u.a. WLAN and TV with some German channels to choose from and integrated radio. The kitchen facilities include a microwave, fridge with freezer and another fridge / freezer. There are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with bunk beds. Bathroom with shower / WC and pleasant underfloor heating. The house has two large terraces in the outdoor area, one open and to the east, the second covered and west facing. In the area there is a large communal area for ball games and other outdoor activities. In summer, a bathing jetty is set up on the coast. Just a short walk away is a campsite with a large playground for children of all ages. No rental to youth groups desired!
