"Was an ok stay bedrooms are basic but clean the pub below is not so good dirty seats etc & you have breakfast there. Def not worth the money we paid and would pay that again for a property of this standard. Breakfast was the best but if you can look past the pub you are in. Location good close to town centre. "

"Parking is secure, but a little tight to gain access if you have an extra large car, the building is lovely very oldy worldy feel, staff are lovely friendly & helpful, food, good choice & breakfast was lovely, only complaint it could have all been hotter. but would stay here again."

"Lovely room at top, very spacious, extremely comfortable bed, bathroom spacious. Cooked breakfast was superb and beautifully presented. Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Weeny downside, I had already paid via Expedia, my partner didn't realise, and when checking in, whilst I was elsewhere, paid for the room. Luckily he mentioned it later, and it got sorted and refunded. Would definitely stay there again, beautiful old building, and although a pub was very quiet in our room, ...

"Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Super clean room and en suite. Breakfast was self serve continental and catered for a variety of dietary requirements. The staff were really friendly. A lovely pub in a quiet area, 15 mins on the bus into Bath centre. Free parking on site. I'd definitely stay there again. "

"Me, my partner and our 2 dogs spent an amazing weekend there ❤️ The place is magical. We went for long walks around the fields, ate amazing food in the restaurant at the property, swam in a swimming pool, and enjoyed the area around. Definitely recommend to visit! "This is a lovely old building. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed is superb for a good nights sleep. Set just outside town, a short taxi ride in and out, it was very quiet and ample safe parking. The Dinner was very good (Belly pork) and you must try the garlic and cheese bread, it is huge like a pizza and far more than we expected. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they made our stay a memorable one. Thank you very much. I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area."

"The hosts, Louise and Chris, were welcoming, helpful and charming. Our room was supremely comfortable, stylish with excellent ensuite. The beds, pillows and bedding really comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional, good value and delivered to the door at exactly the booked time. The accommodation situated a short distance outside Central Bath, an easy walk in and on a bus route"

Great location for a lovely canal walk into Bradford on Avon. Staff were lovely and local knowledge invaluable. Will definitely be returning for another stay."
