A very relaxing place to stay.

Clean room with AC and a good size, lovely view of the lake. Restaurant very good and reasonable price. Plenty to do around the lake, we cycled in the area along quiet road and dedicated tracks. Very enjoyable.

Nice, quiet getaway

Nice location and comfortable room. Shower needed a non-slip pad. Parking for handicaped persons was almost non-existent and general parking was insufficient because the lots are used by tenants of the other buildings on the property.

Simply wonderful

A wonderful overnight stay on our way back home. We've had been staying here before, so we knew exactly, why we were booking it again: rooms are most beautifully equipped, with very spacious bathrooms and a stunning lake view. And it is pet-friendly, which for us is a must, since we are travelling with our family dog. Check-in and Check-out are fast and efficient, you get all the information, you need (like how to find the way to your room, which in the beginning might be a bit difficult). We will definitely be staying in this hotel again, of the possibility arises.

Our room was lovely with great views of the lake. You could walk, cycle or run straight from the room. There is clearly more demand than the hotel can cope with for the restaurant. We were unable to book during our 3 night stay. Why doesn’t management open more options. They could also dot sun loungers around rather than having to go to the venue next door. Hate resorts that charge for spa usage. It should be included in the room rate.

Lake view stay.

The apartments were fantastic, a real sense of quality, and even with other rooms around you it felt very private. We opted for a lake view and I'm so glad we did - with panoramic views of the lake from large glass windows/doors. The space itself was excellent with a large living area and a small but useful kitchen area. The accommodation is ideally located for Natura Parc leisure facilities - and whilst they are different organisations it would be good if they had better communication/links with each other. For example we had to depart our room for 11am whereas Natura Parc does not open until 1pm. As it was raining we decided to drive on to our next location rather than wait around for 2 hours. Had Natura Parc opened earlier we would have gone there. Whilst this is not the fault of the accommodation it would have been useful if you could check out later on or if there was somewhere you could eat lunch to pass the time until Natura Parc opened.

Hotel and setting lovely, restaurant expensive and mediocre with poor service. Site is huge and you are left to find your own way around. Not sure if you get more of a tour and information if you stay in a villa but the hotel you are given a key to your room and sent on your way, no information on walking routes, swimming area, lake activities or nearest amenities

It was very good. Onsite restaurant was delicious. Staff very lovely and accommodating. One pointer , i would say, is for the hotel to have access to local taxis and services as felt quite restricted for airport transfers to and fro.

Confusing

Arrived in the dark after airport was closed due to strike booked in pains given key fob and told its behind reception took me ten minutes in the dark a drain to find it . Then we had to clean the door to get inthick with spider webs even in the room Breakfast just ok beautiful surroundings though wouldn’t want to stay again though

The place is missing good service and they wanted 50 euros because I left at 12 not 11. I asked for a wine opener which I had to go and pick up my self and I had to return it I could just leave it in the room. Very cooled service
