The staff were all so friendly and helpful and little touches made our stay very memorable such as a glass of prosecco on arrival and a card and some chocolates in my room for my birthday. We stayed in a Club room which was very spacious. We ate in the dining room which was pricey but the food was exquisite so worth the money. "Fabulous, beautifully decorated bedroom with nice toiletries and refreshments tray. Breakfast was amazing, local ingredients (quality), tasty fruit salad, freshly squeezed orange juice and a surprise Easter egg on Easter Sunday. They think of lovely touches like complimentary cake in the afternoon. Have stayed in lots of places in Keswick but this place is the best. Definitely returning next year. Also staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They make you feel special "

"I would definitely stay at this hotel again, but next time I would request a different room. The room was extremely hot like a sauna even with the heating turned off and the window open. It was located above the pool, and you could feel the heat coming up through the floor. I dined in the restaurant and the food was excellent."
