"Great stay! Thank you"

"The room itself was very nice. We had a few hiccups for our 3 night stay. The sink drain was clogged so we moved to another room. We didn’t know the pool/hottub was being renovated when we booked our stay. That was one of the main reasons we booked here. Our keys stopped working every day we stayed. And most importantly, the lobby smelled like a porta-potty. I couldn’t tell what caused it, but I suspect it’s their cleaning solutions they use. On a positive note, it has access to the bike path....

"This property was not well cleaned. The owner wanted to know if there was anything they could do to make it a 5 star experience. When I told them about the filthy bathroom and stained sheets and comforter, they said sorry, I will tell our cleaning company for next time."
