"Friendly and helpful staff Lovely venue and excellent spa and pool facilities"

"Good"

"Late night arrival was very smooth. Extremely modern and cozy stay."

"The staff were lovely and we had a great welcome. The club room was small and smelt musty. We put on the heating as the room was freezing when we arrived, it then got too hot, opened window to find thick black mildew. Pillows are hard. Swimming pool tiny and chaotic It's such a pity, as we normally really enjoy village hotels"

"จากสนามบินมาสะดวกดีฟรีด้วยเวลาเข้าลอนดอนก็สะดวกมีให้เลือก2สายชอบมาก"

"Lovely hotel would stay here again. I wish the spa was included in the price but other than that I would recommend it was a comfortable stay"

"So cute charming conveniently located boutique hotel in Farnham."

"Airport shuttle was very dependable, on time always. I have to haul my 50-lb luggage a flight of 8 steps. The elevator hasn’t been working 3 weeks before. It’s a great thing a kind guest helped me with my luggage. Not using Renaissance London again"

"Clean room amd everything, I thought really good brekfest options. The only opportunity that ww had consistently was staff help either at the bar waiting to get served or at breakfast waiting to get checked in. The reason is most employees are doing 3-4 areas at once. Trying to do dinner and run bar or breakfast and setting up tables for lunch in different areas. Good location plenty of things within walking distance"
