"Het hotel ligt in het centrum van Oslo en is prima met het OV bereikbaar. Een half uurtje met de trein vanaf het vliegveld en je staat in het centraal station, op 100 m van het hotel. De staf is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voorafgaand aan ons vertrek richting Oslo werden we geïnformeerd dat er een staking was, waardoor het restaurant niet open was. "Excellent value for the money. Breakfast was exceptional. Rooms were comfortable, albeit in the smaller European style. The front desk offered wine and treats, which I took advantage of. The walls between rooms seem to be a little thin, but that will bother only the most sensitive guests (kinda like me). "

"We travel frequently and I rarely take the time to review a hotel but this time requires an exception. The breakfast was excellent, the room was exceedingly clean, everything (ie elevators, ice machines etc) are super efficient. But the real jewel was the staff. My wife fell and broke her hip (not at the hotel) and while she was hospitalized, the hotel staff became like family and helped these two Americans get through this ordeal. We will gladly return one day to thank them and try it all...

"Nice place but a bit on the tiny side. It would have been nice to at least have a mini fridge in the room to keep some breakfast things handy. Had problems with my electronic key and iPhone, problem was fixed by giving me a physical key fob. Hope they get this sorted before it happens to other guests with iPhones!"

"Super locatie in een leuke buurt van Oslo. De tram naar het centrum stopt om de hoek, ideaal. Het complex is stil (en blijkbaar goed geisoleerd). Op straat was het 's nachts niet zo stil, waardoor het raam niet open kon. De email met de instructie hoe we moesten inchecken kwam pas 's avonds nadat we al lang waren ingecheckt. "
