The unit on the main level is our three bedroom, 2 bath San Juan Suite. It is the entire first floor of the historic house complete with an eat in kitchen, living room, dining room and wrap around porch and private hot tub. We are sorry you were disturbed by the piano. There are two sides to every story, and my recollection is not the same as yours, regarding the conversation between booking third-party vs. booking directly with us. BERATTED is a strong term, vs. suggesting another alternative, which allows us to personally converse with you about your stay. In hindsight, I only wish you would have confronted me while on property to discuss your frustration. When you discovered the feces at check-in, a quick phone call would have triggered an immediate visit from one of our team members to alleviate you having to deal with it. This is not acceptable, and housekeeping will be made aware of this incident. I apologize for this situation. Our culinary team will be made aware of your positive comments, regarding breakfast and your dietary requests.
