Are stay was grade, just a hard part was checking in the front desk lady who was working night shift needs more hospitality , she very rude and outspoken when wasn’t being talked to and would interrupt a conversation while going over the reservation with my family during check-in besides that everything was OK

Our stay was good overall. It was pretty clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The facility could use some updating. Good value for the money.

Definitely not a 3-star hotel. It may have extras needed to qualify for it, but everything was dated and forlorn. Typical 2-star motel.

It smells a lot like cigaretts when there is supposedly non smoking property.

It was a very good stay. Room was clean to an extent. Would give a 5 star for cleanliness but the other bed had a booger smeared on headboard :(

The room had spiders. The bedspread had an old blood stain on it. The staff was terrific and accommodating. Breakfast could have been better. Ate a stale pastry.

Conveniently located to Fresno airport. No bathroom available to use at check-in. Older motel, cheap appointments, tired furnishings. Friendly and helpful staff. Generous room size. Alarm clock made feedback noise when phone was charging at the lamp base. Mattress sagged in the center. Room had no plastic liners in waste baskets. Room entry light didn't work. No phone charging outlets.

It was clean. Staff was great. Coffee was bad. Door on East side ground level was un openable from outside. If your room was on East side you had to walk around. Inconvenient if your staying several nights.

I love staying here as the rooms are always clean and maintained and kept modernized to keep up with the times. The water is always hot and good amount of tv channels with a good size tv. Customer service is great and very helpful!

Very professional staff. Very nice clean room. I loved the ironing board and iron. Saved me a few bucks. I didn't have to take my clothes to the cleaners. . I will definitely stay here again.

Easy check in and check out. With a 2 Nights stay, we had no trouble with noise or any interruptions at all. No creepy walkers starting at you as you get to your room. It's convenient and affordable. It's also clean and odorless. Make sure to get up in time for breakfast. They have a huge waffle maker.
