The staff was kind and helpful at check in. Unfortunately our first room smelled like urine, I’m guessing from pets. It was awful. We were relocated to the next door room and the gal from he front desk was kind and quick to get me us into the new room. It smelled much better, but as we got into the night I was experiencing allergy-type breathing problems. It was quite clear a cat stayed in the room prior to us. I let the front desk clerk know and we left a day early. She let me know someone would reach out and inform me if they would partially refund the stay (not requested by me, but appreciated). Unfortunately, I never received a call or an email.
