Excellent service from the receptionist, room was huge (junior suite), bed was huge and super comfy, bathroom was a good size with a good shower, nice towels and shampoo etc. the toilet was in another room but turned out better due to privacy. Food to have a heated towel rail to dry our togs after our swim. The indoor swimming pool was so large, good temperature, very clean and in a luxurious room! "Great location, but the hotel used to allow smoking, and it still smells of cigarettes. Fortunately, the LOOKEN hotel next door is managed by the same staff, and they upgraded us to a much better room (for an additional cost). "
