"My only criticism about my room number was that the sink did not drain properly. It held water and took several hours for the water to drain out. So room 1020 needs to be fixed! On a positive note: the front desk staff was excellent; the food at the restaurant was amazing… If I lived locally, I would go there for a great Reuben sandwich and french fries every once in a while! Thank you for the complementary free beer with the sandwich, after a full day of traveling I appreciated it :-) even though the 4:30 AM Shuttle had already departed because it was full, the driver returned in a reasonable amount of time and still guide us to the airport by 5 AM! Bravo! Other than the sink that didn’t want to drain, the room was very comfortable, the bed was so inviting, and I would stay there again. All around it was a great choice.👍"

"This is clearly a property in transition. Upon arriving, the desk agent was extremely friendly and helpful. The agent was equally friendly and helpful when we departed (although we didn't receive the promised receipt via email). Unfortunately, one of the reasons we selected this property was the availability of EV chargers, and we were told that, due to the construction, the chargers were disconnected. Under normal circumstances, this would have been catastrophic, but there happened to be a supercharger just next door. Everything is under construction, as the property did a decent job of keeping the dust and noise to a minimum. The room was fine, good size for our needs, but here is where the confusion starts. The room rate was higher than your typical "just off the highway" spot, and when you combine that with the active construction site, the EV charger mishap, and the bare-bones bedding, pillows, and towels, you get a confusing experience. The absolute best part: the well-varied breakfast with hot and cold foods and a strong cup of coffee. A perfect way to start the day. This property has a lot of potential, but right now, the rate is not aligned with the overall experience. Would we stay here again? Yes, but we would also consider other properties nearby too."
