"We were there 2 weeks from March 23 to April 6, with breakfast included. it was our 3rd visit to the hotel over a 10 year period. Renovated rooms and pool looked great! Bathroom fixtures could have used an upgrade but other than that, everything was awesome! Room was super clean and done before 11 everyday. Great beds, great pillows and awesome linens. "I do not recommend this resort. Thay indicated free shuttle service, they surprised us with 30USD in taxi fare. Our air conditioning went out one night and the staff seemed very upset that we bothered them to fix it. I tipped for the inconvience and was laughed at. We were moved rooms because they could not fix the AC.The room we were moved into was the same as ours but had coffee, a mini fridge, and a microwave. "Unfortunately we did not have water for 2 days, and while it may or may not be a maintenance issue, it simply made our stay very uncomfortable as we couldn’t shower, use the washroom, etc. The staff are very courteous and friendly but they operate based on the hotel’s rules/budget so there’s not much more they can do. The floor in the room was filthy and I don’t think it was cleaned/moped once during our stay (showed on our feet after walking barefoot, after coming from beach with clean feet)....
