Room was a little warm, as the mini split wall unit didn’t seem strong enough to cool the room adequately, but there were two strong ceiling fans. Kids enjoyed the shallower pools. Especially one night everything was closed and we had nowhere to get water, and we tried to get help from a woman at from desk at night, and there was nothing she would do to help. "The location is prime!!! Beach at your feet! Wifi exceptionally great! Staff wonderful. I walked everywhere and spent hours on the beach...only thing I wish drinking water was included in the room, but I was able to purchase at the nearest grocery store! Love love loved my stay!!"

"I was disappointed in the resort. The beach was not usable, full of seaweed. The resort should've shuttle customers to other beaches daily not twice weekly as people are usually coming for the beach. The customer service was poor."

"So the hotel standards other JW Marriotts I have stayed at. The staff are great. The Sargassum was terrible which made outside pool area unbearable. Of course they cannot help this but since the sargassum is not being hauled away the smell is awful! The property is very far from everything, since there is only one pool and not much else on the resort to do, it left a lot to be desired."

Although you have a hot plate electric cooktop, it's easy to make something simple on your outdoor kitchenette. Mini fridge holds enough for leftovers and drinks, depending on how long your visit is. Pots and pans utensils are all basics of what you would need. The hotel has a restaurant but check hours each day especially off season time. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner...
