"This place was awful. Truly flithy dirty disturbing! The keys didnt work so they had to open the door and leave ir cracked open for you. There was so much grease and grim and items under the bed and behind the nightstands. The tub looked like it may fall in. We left. There was no way i was staying there. It appears to be more of a long term stay for recovering addicts "

"I just need a clean room to sleep in. The room and building were clean, however the bed was so soft, it was impossible to sleep in comfortably. I slept on the floor. Breakfast was very minimal but acceptable."

"I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience during our recent stay at the Crowne Plaza Cleveland Airport by IHG on April 3rd. Upon arrival, I was met by a front desk agent (white male, older with glasses) who displayed unprofessional behavior, including using inappropriate language immediately after a phone call and maintaining a dismissive attitude toward me. When I inquired if there was an issue, he did adjust his demeanor; however, the initial interaction was concerning. We had reserved two rooms on the second floor, traveling with three senior citizens and two children. Shortly after check-in, we were informed that the elevator was out of service. This presented a significant inconvenience for our group and impacted our overall experience. Additionally, I noticed that the condition of our rooms did not appear to meet Marriott standards. I have photographs that I would be happy to share for your review. There was no receipt sent upon checkout, even after requesting an email. I wanted to bring this to your attention, not only to address the immediate issues but also to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar challenges. While I understand that operational issues can occur, the combination of unprofessional staff behavior and facility limitations made our stay difficult."

"Super staff and a 24-hour breakfast option. The beds were comfortable and there are several nearby food options. It’s not immaculate, but a convenient place to lay your head for a few days."

"When i walked in, the staff was being rude to another guest, then charged them $20 to use the shuttle back to the airport. The outside walk to the room was in poor shape, and felt unsafe to walk on. The room appeared clean, but the bed was very poorly built. Every move to just sit or turn over, sounded like metal rubbing."

"The pool was full of grease and slime and too many chemicals. They told us the children could not swim although when we called they said the pool was doing great. The room was 79° turned on the air conditioner. It went up to 84. They didn’t give us our money back. Nor did they fix anything. They were not able to accommodate our four person party in another room. Like I said no refund. "
