Dann hätten wir eins bekommen, aber der Fernseh ging nicht und wir wollten dann und lediglich erkundigen ob wir vielleicht eine falsche Taste gedrückt haben. There are no staff to greet you and many stairs with no lift, but this was not an issue for us (I say it only to make it clear for people reading)
