"Checked into property, was told they didn’t have a room for us, so we had to stay at the hotel next door that they also owned, a brand I had never heard of. Booked over a month ago, spent nearly 800 bucks, and had to go next door to a hotel without a pool and breakfast, that I believe was more of an extended stay place and outdated."

"The property was not good. Room was not clean, floor had food in it. Towels were wet. Outside stairs that was told to use were about ready to collapse, were closed the next day."

"The photos do not match the status of the room. When we walked in, the room had mold on the ceiling in different areas, our bathroom or bedroom door would not close and we tried to throw our body into it to get it to shut, the walls and doors were banged in We were there less than 5 minutes & decided to check out & leave because we did not feel safe and the conditions were not good. The hotel staff is refusing to communicate with Expedia about the refund process"

"“Breakfast” was basically non-existent. Not much to offer but a bowl of cold cereal. Top door hinge on our room was not mortised into the door and the top of door hit into the door jam. Had to slam the door to get it to close, and pull hard to open it. Surface of tub was peeling off (about 1/2 of the surface in to floor of the tub was impacted), tub faucet dripped constantly, curtains were missing hooks on the curtain rod and hung all crooked. Mattresses were too firm."

"This is definitely a budget hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the manager/owner very friendly and the air conditioning was reliable and very helpful for hot summer days. Breakfast available every morning and laundry on site made it very easy to travel with a family. However, it is quite an old property, old carpets, etc. and the swimming pool area is very old and outdated."

"If it wasn't due to the fact that all the hotels nearby were sold out, we would've booked elsewhere. The floors were disgusting like they hadn't even been vacuumed, ac wouldn't work, windows were leaking during storm. I never leave reviews but definitely needed to, to forewarn other travelers. There was poop outside on of the rooms that I booked for my family that had been there for days. Overall terrible. I even bought bedsheets at Walmart to put over the beds because I didn't feel comfortable...

"We were in town for the college World Series and this was one of the cheapest places to stay ($180/night vs. $900/night). It’s a place where construction crews and other laborers stay for extended work jobs. It’s not for families with kids. There are people here who a permanent residents. That said, the rooms were clean but had no amenities. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There were a bunch of people there who were there for the college World Series, many who said they wouldn’t...

"This location was not well-maintained. While there was nothing necessarily wrong with the accommodations, the rooms lacked a polished feel. The paint was peeling from the walls, paint was chipping in the shower on the tub and during a storm there were leaks throughout the building."

"Will say it had only minimum to rate a 1. Ceiling over bed and shower peeling. Breakfast a joke. A few pieces of bed and jelly, and cereal in dispensing containers that were probably old. TV had to be reset by non English speaking staff that only had one remote to do so. Room key had to be rest nearly every day."

"If you’re a normal human being, don’t go there! I’m not saying if you’re a clean person, just normal! The whole inside of the building is stinking with thick cigarette smell and in the units everywhere is dirty. There were some visible dust, debris and dead roaches on the floor and it seems their cleaning standards is set at their Indian workers’ standards. Horrible!!!!"
