"Arrived and the key press was easy to locate and access, however the key provided didnt fit the lock, it was 2° outside i called 3 different phone numbers and no one answerd, i spoke to hotels.com and they couldnt help ether, i had to book alternative accommodation and take a taxi to it as it was ..."

"Got in after the front desk nightly closure but got everything organised quickly with a prior phone call. Second room on the small side but sufficient for our needs. Breakfast was good with adequate choices. All in all, a good place to stay when in town."
