I was really in shock and informed the team via phone. He told us, it is not possible to get another room or to remove it until next morning. (My child was crying all the time). As we had 4 hours delay because of a cancelled train, we only arrived in the night and my child has to sleep. So we decided to stay and looked forward to get a new room...
