"The pool was not operating. This has been the case at almost every IHG hotel we have stayed at in the last month. An electric kettle would be better than a coffee maker for those who like tea. The breakfast was nice (hot and cold)!"

"Room was clean. Staff at bar was new without any help, poor girl it was her first night and it was Cinco de Mayo to boot. Management should have got the bar extra help during happy hour on one of the busiest nights of the month. Plus there was a sold out show at the Archer Music Hall down the street. No breakfast."

"Major party yelling, screaming and super loud music till 2am in adjacent room. Could not watch TV or sleep. Smoking right outside the room. We are not talking about regular smoke either. Had to leave the room before reservation was finished. Asked for a refund at front desk since I was compelled to do so from the chaos in the next room but was refused. Ask Orbitz to step in and they were also told no refund would be issued for unused reservation days."

"The staff was great, the room spacious & clean. Our only complaints were the lighting. The sink is outside the bedroom in an alcove, which wouldn't be a problem if the walls had been painted white & higher wattage lightbulbs were used but being navy blue & low lit bulbs it was very difficult to apply make up or do my hair. Had it been a sunny day, I could have done all that by the window. It was so poorly lit I had difficulty changing my husband's bandage. Everything else was great. We would have appreciated breakfast or a percentage off at the attached restaurant. We did appreciate having a drink at the bar. All in all don't let the poor lighting stop you."
