The key cards stopped working EVERY DAY!! I stayed there 3 nights so I had to get a new key or the key reset every night. One night I had to go to the desk THREE different times in order to get in my room. That’s extremely inconvenient and frustrating!

This property needs an update and some TLC outside. The grounds were unkempt and in need of attention. The staff were wonderful. Beds were very comfortable. Room looked like it was partially renovated but never finished.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Elizabeth checked us in both times and could not have more pleasant, welcoming and helpful. We will definately be back on our next trip from Canada.

I booked 2 rooms on line. When we arrived the hotel only had 1 room reserved. The staff was very nice, assuring me not to worry she could straighten it out which she did. The other couple we were traveling with paid for there room. When I checked my credit card statement, I have been charged for both rooms(still 1 week later)

Seems the property is undergoing renovations. The elevator got stuck. Our sink and toilet were slow to go down. The room was dated but relatively clean. No soap in the bathroom. Double beds need to be Queen beds Overall it was a nice stay but the property needs work.

It was fine for a hotel stay. The hotel is out dated. The bathtub was pretty scuffed up and the furniture in the room was pretty clunky or chipped in areas. I went to the fitness center and the treadmill didn't work properly. You could go as slow as 1 mph, but the increase speed button was broken, so you couldn't go any faster. The parking lot was huge, but has some pretty big potholes in places. The breakfast was sufficient, but I've had better breakfasts at Holiday Inn Express in other locations. All in all, it wasn't a bad stay, just average. The staff was very nice, though.

This pet friendly hotel hasn't gone to the dogs!
Very nice for a dog-friendly hotel. We've become accustomed to 'run down' rooms when booking 'pet friendly' accommodations, but these were updated and carpeted with comfortable bedding. And since we were placed at the end of the long hallway but near a rear elevator, it was easy to take my pups outside to greenspace to do their business. The hot breakfast was excellent!!! We'll be back.
