They said they had a pool and jacuzzi and pool was closed(renovating) jacuzzi was filled in with cement. Refrigerator leaked all over the rug. Very noisy.

I dint like that the pool was out of service and the front desk dint say anything. Had no sign up at the front desk too let us know that or it wasnt on the website the blank on 1 bed had red stains on it the window had trash in it the bed side lights dint work the it was more then that over this hotel as mush as i paid was not worth it i paid 206.00 through this company

I liked the location of the property and the indoor pool and jacuzzi was a very nice added bonus. The only drawback was that breakfast was not free.

Hotel was clean and modern. The pool, hot tub, work out room were all in good condition and useful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely staff there again.

It took 40 minutes, a trip down to the front desk, and ultimately a call to technical support to resolve the problem. In these days, wifi access t should be seamless.

I had more hope for a Hilton property. The traffic noise was too loud disturbing my sleep, the walls were thin hearing everything on the floor, every door that shut sounded like it was slammed, and the refrigerator made constant noise. I tried running the fan or ac constantly to drown out the noise but it didn’t work. I checked in, was there for a couple hours, and left. Disappointed

Not worth the price
Front desk staff was just okay. They were more focused on finishing conversations with one another than checking us in and they were supposedly checking in via text throughout the stay but I received one message in 15 hours. The room was very dirty, especially the beds and bathroom. Random hairs in the bedding and build up/mold in the tub and shower heads. We checked under the sheets and found severely stained mattresses. There were stains all over the headboard and wall, as well as the hallway carpet. This hotel needs a serious deep clean and renovation to continue charging the price they do. I would rather stay at another hotel in the area.

It had a place to relax after a long day. Bad. Door to room whistled all night with the air going right thru it. Bed was not comfortable and traffic buzzing by all night kept us awake. Light in bathroom also buzzed.

Some small things kept this from being excellent- some rust in bathroom, no free breakfast, no special amenities, only one towel per person.

We were only there for one night and arrived quite late, so it's difficult to provide detailed feedback. But there was plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. I slept very well. No complaints!

We had move to different rooms because our first room had no hot water!! Next time I will check early about the water temp not late at night. Some if the staff was Ver Friendly others not so much….. maybe because it was over the Christmas holiday and they were pissed they had to work. Once we found a room with hot water everything went smoothly.
