"Wonderful hotel , wonderful staff"

"Perfect hotel"

"A beautiful building full of character and charm. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the recently-refurbished rooms were perfect I would definitely stay here again. Thanks you"

"Era muy céntrico, limpio y desayuno ok"

"Felt welcome from the moment we stepped in, everything explained well to us and even an apology letter for the fire alarm was provided which we really appreciated. definitely would stay again"

"Friendly staff, beautiful clean room"

"The hotel itself was lovely, but it was the kindness of the staff that especially impressed me. I would definitely stay there again"

"The room standards were not great, as the rooms appeared old by hotel standards. The heating systems were exposed, and a portable air conditioner had been added to the room, which did not give it the feel of a proper hotel room. The supposedly white dressing gowns provided were visibly used, although they had been washed. One of them was also very old and discoloured into brown, so I could not use it. "A beautiful place to stay with a cosy room, gorgeous decor and a lovely welcoming feel. Friendly hosts and a delicious breakfast. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. A real gem!"

"Booked room with a sofa but room had third bed in so there was no sofa. Could hear other guests children late at night and very early in morning so rooms are not sound proofed. No heating in bathroom so cold and not even winter yet. Hotel is very convenient to M6 and staff were very professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good and fresh."

"We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Cooked breakfast also good - plentiful, hot and tasty. Table service which is so much nicer than the breakfast buffets hotels tend to lay on these days. The staff were all friendly and professional. Thank you, we will...

"We had a most pleasant stay here. Staff were very welcoming and most helpful. The room was clean and spacious, nice to have tea/coffee in the room. Surroundings were very quiet. The breakfast choices were amazing and very delicious."

"The hotel itself was great, my only issue was it was unbearably hot. There is a fan provided in the room which was welcomed, but the window didn't open. I was also on the third floor, with my toddler which would have been fine however the carpet was really thick and my suitcases got stuck and coming out the lift there were 4 steps down and back up to navigate. I would 100% stay again, but would just request a room on the bottom floor. Staff were amazing at breakfast, as a solo traveller with a...
