"Check-in was extremely difficult at this property. I had called in advance to inform them that I would be a late check-in and got told that it was ok and hung up on. When I arrived, the reception had closed and noone was answering the phone number left so I had no information about my room until they called me back. The floor in the room was sticky and there were cockroaches. The bathroom was so tiny that it was hard to be inside and close the door. There was mould around the sink and the shower leaked which had previously damaged the bottom of the door due to water. The air con did not work properly and was loud - probably needed a service. It was also leaking some brownish coloured liquid on the wall. Whilst there is parking on site, there is not enough parking for all the rooms and this is not allocated, meaning that we had to park out on the main road. I would absolutely not stay at this property or recommend. "

"The property and room are in need of much maintenance. The ceiling had water damage with a hole, the bed was unbelievably old and damaged, the kettles were dirty. Its a shame as the position is very good."

"Clean room - young lady who checked us in was helpful and efficient. However the room we were in overlooked the highway-even though the windows were double glazed, the noise from the traffic was horrific! My advice would be to ask for a carpark side room. Don't bother with the breakfast either!"

"Room was nice and roomy Sheets clean and bathroom was spacious. Staff accommodating when we had an extra person We will definitely stay here again if the need arises 😀 Air con not working and asked for it to be fixed which it was cooler but a bit rattly Shame their isn’t a small flyer to tell you where shops are and about the club as not everyone relies on the phone I.e us oldies and county bumpkins "
