"The grounds are beautiful, and each room is unique and meticulously prepared with heated flooring in the washroom, personalized notes each evening, snacks, drinks and cleaning twice daily. The hotel only accommodates ~20 people which enhances the exclusivity of the experience since it is not open for public consumption. "Very safe. Enclosed yard parking. Genuine ocean view from Maine Rd to the bay. Easy walk to town. No catering at Guest House, but inclusive vouchers for full breakfast at restaurant in town. Excellent idea, walk for breakfast before other activities. Owner very "hands on" and a real source of good advice."
