The pool was not working the room had a funny smell that was awful. .the only thing that was good was the jetted tub . dont think we will stay there again . the staff was nice

I bought a 2 double bed room on Expedia. When I arrived at the property, they said that they did not have any. They put my in a King room with a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa mattress was HORRIBLE! On the morning of checkout, a hotel employee keyed into my room without knocking or announcing, saw we were in there and left. The front desk did absolutely nothing about either complaint.

Let’s start by saying, something needs to be done about the access card keys deactivating. Daily when we would leave we wouldn’t be able to get into the building, our room, the pool This is unacceptable. The breakfast was terrible. The eggs were just bad, I don’t know if the sausage patties were meat, there was some cereal, a few danish, waffles, etc. but overall it was bad. The facility was clean and the staff was nice but the key cards deactivating was very inconvenient and I think that traveling people like the convenience of breakfast so it needs to be good.

The staff were great but the rooms were outdated, sad and needed a good cleaning. The TV was small and the picture didn’t fill the screen. Didn’t care for the beds or all the small pillows. Breakfast was ok and they were under Reno.

The front desk clerk when I checked in was so nice and polite and when we checked out the front clerk was super nice also . Very happy with the room and everything. Made for a perfect stay ! We also had the breakfast, very good !

For the price I paid I expected better. There was dust all around the walls and baseboard. The room had a terrible odor like a basement with mildew/mold. The lamp had mold growing on the shade. The beds were in good shape (the sheets were not) and the bathroom was clean enough. The free breakfast was good. I just feel like when you charge north of $100 a night, it's reasonable to expect top notch cleanliness. Had we not been completely exhausted from our road trip, I would have demanded my money back and went elsewhere.

Bad smell
We had reserved 11 rooms. One of them had bad bugs and Cockroach. We got a new room but they gave to us only $20 credit. Rooms and floors had a very bad smell. They really need a good carpet cleaning. I will not stay in this hotel again.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The front desk clerk kindly moved my elderly MIL's room close to ours (whoever booked us put us on different floors). Our rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. The hotel is far enough from the interstate that we weren't bothered by truck noise. The breakfast was good and substantial enough that it kept us going all day with only a snack for lunch. And the wonderful breakfast room attendant was the best I've ever seen. We enjoyed our stay there and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Never again
Recently visited 9/01/2023-9/03/2023 😡 never again. I will drive to Bowling Green we arrived late so we were tired but not to tired to inspect our rooms we had two. The frontend area was nice the outside was nice our rooms were on the first floor we noticed a hole in ceiling in front of rooms ok. Went into the rooms smelled badly like mildew. Our room and so did my sister across from us had a roach on one of the beds. Went back to deck give us another room second floor seemed to be right over the last one it smelled as well. But not as bad the cleanness was terrible I looked behind dresser there was All kinds of trash and a rapper on the floor and hair under the covers. So disgusted went to front dest got clean sheets and vacuumed and cleaned the bathrooms ourselves. Only read we didn’t leave was because it would have taken two weeks for money to return back to card. Also the breakfast was terrible the front clerk said they had been getting lots of complaints about the mildew smell. THIS PLACE IS Disgusting

The bathroom didn't have proper ventilation; which caused mold all over the ceiling. After my husband got out of the shower he walked with bare feet on the carpet. The bottoms of his feet looked like he had walked through a mud puddle. We went down for breakfast and had to ask for milk, all of the biscuits and sausage was gone, and we seen staff eating off of the buffet. We have stayed at Comfort Inn at other location, but this one was the worst one I've seen. We will NOT be going back.

Sadly, this stay was not good. I've stayed here in the past and it was really good. The problem this time had to do with being overcharged by $125 for a 2 night stay. from the price I booked. Almost every room choice on the Hotels.com site lists a sofa bed in the room details. The hotel charged me so much extra for requesting a sofa bed. They said it made the room a queen suite which in not even offered. They refused to help me. Thankfully, Hotels.com listended to me and took care of the refund. I won't stay at this Choice Hotel again.

The room smelled musty. I tried to look out the window to see my car but the window was wet between panes, couldn’t see anything outside. Needs a really deep cleaning, the whole place would benefit. Fair price, it served its purpose of a one night stay. Breakfast wasn’t bad, probably best part of the stay….sad to say.
