"The stay was great The only problem we had was the storm that threw out the elevators and the hot water. Thank goodness we were only on the 2nd floor. The first night was not good but they got it working the second night. The staff was were nice. The breakfast was a delight. And the room was comfortable."

"The problem I had with this last stay was the tub was stopped up couldn’t shower right with the water building up in tub. They sent a maintenance person he lied and said he fixed the problem. I showed a picture to the lady at the desk she acted unconcerned. The electricity went out in my room I mentioned that to her she acted unconcerned about that. The cable stations suck no one wants to watch the news all the time. Now my check in clerk was amazingly great and very concerned but the one that checked me out needs more practice on how to treat people and show concern. It also had a lot of noise in the parking lot which made it hard to relax and it was their people they had doing remodeling."

"No hot water in the entire hotel. The second day still no hot water. Hard to justify paying for a room that you can't take a hot shower in. That's just me maybe I'm too picky. When I ask for consideration they said they're working on it and it comes and goes sometimes you have hot water sometimes you don't. Unacceptable for a Hilton property. On a side note if somebody dies in the elevator, I warned them. I'm a construction manager specializing in elevator installation. The elevator farthest away from the front desk has a cab that is hanging up at the top of the third floor the whole cab shifts sideways when it reaches the third floor. They are just asking to break a main hoist cable I told them please take it out of service before somebody gets hurt"

"The hotel is under renovations and the entite place reaks of paint and co struction fumes. They were activily paintjng while we were there. Luckily we were only there for a short time. The construction crew kept knocking the tv signal.put and parking in the handicap ♿️ spata. The funesgave me a slight headache and made me nauseas "
