Experiência bem desagradável

O quarto que foi oferecido a nós era totalmente diferente e muito pior do que eu havia reservado. - Cama e colchão velhos. Colchão com deformidade, pois afundava do lado da mais pesado. Travesseiros com plástico (nunca vi disso), cama barulhenta. - Quarto sem espelho. Ar condicionado com mau funcionamento. Havia mini formigas pelos móveis. TV mal funcionava. Cortina velhas e torta. Não cobria a luz do exterior para podermos dormir no escuro.. O pequeno banheiro tinha registros vazando o tempo todo. Havia até um balde para reter as gotas. Ao solicitarmos shampoo, fomos informados que hotel não oferecia. Não havia secador. Tivemos que pedir toalhas de rosto. Faltou até papel higiênico. Café da manhã bem mediano, mas isso não me incomodou porque eu como pouco no café da manhã.

Quarto muito grande, o conforto das camas é muito mole por se tratar de mola(mas em outros lugares também tem), rede de wi-fi gratuito tem um problema, em que nos quartos mais distante do rádio fica perdendo a conexão, inclusive nas televisões que utilizam também o wi-fi.

Gostei num geral, tem um PUB dentro do hotel, otimo. O que eu não gostei foi o rapaz da recepção questionar o valor pago, deixou muito claro que o valor não é este, que estava muito baixo. Ficou um clima estranho.

Reservei dois quartos e acabei amontoando a família toda apenas em um quarto pois o outro era insuportável o cheiro de esgoto. Se você reservar o melhor quarto do hotel, Ok, já os outros deixam a desejar. Já o atendimento é excelente, funcionários educados e cordiais. Hotel média 6
