"The hotel was clean.. the room was very comfortable I love that. But, the staff was not too friendly. They don’t smile, They talk with an attitude. Also, I ordered lunch and they brought me white rice with no gravy. It was so dry. One of the night, I guess they had a DJ event, I woke up at 1am because the music was too loud and I couldn’t sleep. Please do better.. But everything else was 10/10"

"The front personnel desk at the hotel were very nice and easy to communicate. Very large and clean place to enjoy your stay. My room looked excellent and well organized. I will refer this hotel to anyone that travel to Haiti that needs a safe place to spend sometimes especially close to the airport. I have nothing negative about this place."

"I stayed for 4 nights, and the majority of the time I spent at the hotel. My accommodation needs changed somewhat upon arrival, and the staff dealt effectively with my requests. I have never enjoyed a brief stay more.
The staff always responded to my needs and helped me. Makende, Jerry, and Estellen were fantastic hosts.

"This is not an hotel. dirty room, dirty toilet, no air conditioning. i don’t advise no ones to stay in a place as ugly as this. you should think about renting this place as an apartment instead of a hotel. the beds are uncomfortable, the tv doesn’t work. nothing works in this hotel. terrible place.
