Poderia ser melhor!!!

Tivemos dificuldade para subir escadas com as bagagens, não possui elevador no hotel. A piscina não estava limpa adequadamente. O banheiro é muito apertado. Os funcionários fizeram confusão com a forma de pagamento e fiquei recebendo cobranças por e-mail. Um ponto positivo foi o café da manhã, que achei ótimo.

Fiz a reserva para um quarto de CASAL cerca de 20 a 30 dias antes da hospedagem. Ao chegar no quarto tinham duas camas de solteiro, desci até a recepção para tentar trocar de quarto e fui informada que não haviam mais disponíveis pois devido a promoção, os de casal haviam lotado. Porque existe reserva então? Sem contar na antipatia da funcionária que me atendeu. Preço do hotel é bom, porém deixou a desejar...

Bom estão melhorando

Já me hospedei varias vezes no Muffato, vejo que estão progredindo com reformas dando mais conforto aos hóspedes, ocorreu alguns fatos que cabe ressaltar, não tinha controle da TV, solicitei duas vezes e não me levaram, o telefone também não estava funcionando, pedi para consertar ou trocar, porém também não fui atendido, no restante tudo certo, café da manhã ótimo.

Já tinha me hospedado no muffato e achei bom dessa vez foi muito ruim. O chuveiro estava amarrado com um plástico pois vasava por todos os lados. O café da manhã péssimo.

Bom custo X beneficio.

Acomodações simples. O ar condicionado gotejava e a cama é simples, com roupa de cama simples também. As instalações são ok (piscina estava um pouco suja mas nada que impedisse um mergulho). Os atendentes são super atenciosos e simpáticos.

Hotel abandonado e imundo!!!!

Já ficamos várias vezes neste hotel há 2 anos atrás, mas dessa vez fomos surpreendidos negativamente. O hotel está completamente abandonado sem manutenção, com tomadas abertas com a fiação exposta, com paredes imundas, lençóis transparentes de tão gastos... Porém, se fosse só isso até tudo bem... O problema mais sério foi com a falta de higiene. Havia aranha morta no box do nosso banheiro, barata no nosso banheiro e ratos caminhando livremente pela piscina. Pedimos no segundo dia de estada a troca de quarto, o que não foi suficiente... Tivemos que sair do hotel, porque nossa filha de 1 ano ficou até com diarreia... Fizemos uma denúncia na Vigilância Sanitária, porque este hotel não poderia estar aberto. Que fique o alerta a todos que pensam em lá se hospedar.

PEÇA QUARTO NA ALA NOVA!!!

A Ala nova tem quarto bom, pelo menos o que me hospedei. Quarto amplo, cama confortável, bom chuveiro e estava limpo. No banheiro não tem nada de amenidades como touca plástica ou shampoo. Minhas amigas se hospedaram na ala antiga e relataram fiação elétrica exposta no quarto; tanto o quarto quanto o banheiro não estavam limpos, tinham manchas nas paredes e sabonete grudado nas paredes, enfim, quarto velho e totalmente desconfortável. A Área de café da manhã é feia, antiga, e o café em si é simples. Funcionários do hotel falavam alto nos corredores de madrugada!!!
