Clean rooms, nice breakfast and hotel staff was super friendly. However, the room had a slight musty odor and bathroom facilities seems a little bit old.

Easy checkin; great staff; excellent selection for breakfast. Good location with shops, pharmacy close by. Lively evenings, we were there last Saturday and clubs Dow the street from hotel had music and people dancing in the sidewalk. Only negative item the walls are thin, we could hear the tv in the next room.

Good location, and services. Room service was exceptional. Room could use some touch ups. And shower heads could use some cleaning for better pressure and accurate spray. Overall a great place to stay for the price

Good location, check in was slower, bed sheet was soiled and the reception send the housekeeping to change it. The lady in the house keeping didn't like our our request and she was not happy about it. Room is large and good breakfast. Overall, very good value for money.

Hotel otimamente localizado, limpeza impecável, localização excelente, atendimento muito ruim da recepção( principalmente, à noite), café da manhã bom, mas muito repetitivo, quarto bom para casal e extremamente pequeno para 3 pessoas ou mais. Excelente comércio local e ótima para locomoção .

PRÓS: Bom atendimento; Ao lado da recepção há um filtro de água e um microondas para utilização dos hóspedes; Ótima localização perto de restaurantes, farmácias, supermercado e terminal de ônibus (inclusive para Ciudad del Este e Puerto Iguazu); Cama MUITO confortável; Vários canais de tv incluindo SporTv, ESPN, filmes e infantis; Chuveiro esquenta muito bem; Sabonete cheiroso e de bom tamanho. Também são fornecidos shampoo e condicionador. Café da manhã com bastante variedade e sanduicheira. CONTRAS: Wi-fi mais ou menos; Café da manhã embora tenha muita variedade, as coisas de massa como bolos, pães, waffle etc eram secos e massudos. Café e leite só estavam quentes se fosse na hora da abertura, depois só morno mesmo. Conclusão: voltaria com certeza.

Não ficaria de novo

Recepcionistas atenciosos. Quarto bem simples, sem aquecimento, limpeza ruim. Pedi comida no restaurante, arrumaram e deixaram os pratos sujos, fui embora e lá ficaram. O café da manhã simple e igual todos os seis dias que passei. As sacolas que eu colocava com lixo ao lado da lixeira não jogavam fora, deixavam lá. O barulho dos corredores é insuportável, não tem acústica, ligava na recepção para falar e pediam para parar, logo vinha outro hospede e mais barulho e não para, pq durante dia e noite tem circulação de pessoas, checkin, checkout... a janela do quarto não tinha vedação, o quarto ficava tão frio, que ficava molhado, a ponto da camareira me perguntar se eu estava dormindo com a janela aberta e o piso do quarto é frio, era um caos e devido a molhação, ficava uma sujeira e muito frio e sem aquecedor, difícil dormir (chegamos a pegar 5° por tres dias, nos demais a temperatura média foi 11/ 13°. O chuveiro é bom e o hotel no geral é limpo.

Ótima opção em Foz do Iguaçu

Gostei muito da estadia. Hotel muito agradável, ótima localização. Embora seja uma região central, achei o entorno agradável e seguro. Fica numa avenida com calçadas largas, com bastante comércio, lanchonetes, etc.. Cama confortável, um bom café da manhã. Tem um balcão de atendimento da Loumar Turismo, agência local, que ajuda na compra de passeios. Me hospedaria novamente.

Hotel muito bom!

O hotel é muito bom! A estrututa é otima, o quarto é confortável e com bom tamanho, os funcionarios são gentis,. No saguão eles tem cadeira de massagem, água disponível... diversas amenidades para nos deixar confortáveis. A hidromassagem é muito boa, e sem falar na localização do hotel que é excelente! Achei tudo impecável e com certeza recomendarei e irei mais vezes!
