The staff was very friendly and helpful! My room wasn’t ready until after 6:00 pm. The pool area was great, but surprisingly, the hours for summertime were limited to 9:00 am-6:00 pm. It would have been much easier to enjoy the pools and hot tubs if the hours were extended later into the evening.
