"The night we stayed was during the state track meet and the hotel was very busy. One person working, keys did not work for the rooms, waited in line forever, no bedding in closet for pullout couch it was not replaced by housekeeping, waited in line forever again to get the bedding. Then at 6am lost all electric due to a wreck, no generator to back up the electric, no emergency lighting in the hallways. Hallways were pitch black. Exit signs did not light up, very hard to find the stairs. Huge safety issue!"
