"The property was great and the communication with the owner super! Thank you!"

"It was a very clean and comfortable room. The staff was very helpful and friendly."

"Decent"

"Great location. Little inconvenient the separate bathroom but it was right beside your room."

"Very safe neighborhood. Conveniently located near a Safeway. The room was comfortably sized for two people, and the bathroom was spotless. Shared spaces are well-maintained and on a separate floor from any living spaces."

"I really enjoyed the location of the property because it was near all the cool landmarks."

"Room was clean but my window couldn’t open my entire stay bc it was previously broken, if you’re a light sleeper I highly don’t recommend staying here as the other tenants were loud and partying, the next morning I was locked inside the hotel bc the main door to get in was broken and I had to climb out the window so I didn’t miss my train, other than that it’s clean and affordable but not planing on staying again."

"Clean Kind/helpful owner"

"This is such a terrible stay, I would’ve rather paid for an actual hotel. 1) The lock code on our door wouldn’t work. So after late responses from the owner, they gave us a key to unlock it. 2) They never gave us new towels after ours got dirty, so we had to wash our own via their laundry machines. 3) The parking is so bad, we got a ticket on one day of our stay, then the nearest available spots were the next block over. 4) The last night of our stay we had to be asleep by 10 pm to leave at 5 am...

"Bedding was amazing! They give you refillable water bottles which are great and the coffee is great. I like that they give you real mugs in the room to drink your coffee. The bathroom was very clean! Can’t wait to try them again in my travels."

"Convenient for attending a UW Football game, However, the cleanliness was not great. Window shades were broken, limited kitchen utensils, no fitted sheets on the beds and shower door wouldn’t close.. We got lucky with finding a parking spot."

"This is a entirely communal space just fyi, you can’t use the kitchen after quiet hours and the bathroom isn’t connected to the room. On top of all of this I had to get another hotel because I couldn’t get into the bathroom and had been on the road for hours and it was 2am! I was granted no refund of any sort for this error so choose this place wisely"

"Disappointed in the "amenities". IF you are not there during certain times, you do not get your "welcome drink." Secondly, if you dont drink wine, your choices are gross sparkling water or pineapple infused water. No longer can you pick something from the cooler at any time. So not what you pay for. Secondly, for the price of Amenities per day, should be 2 bottles of water per room. Had to go to QFC and buy water for 50 cents instead of $3 for theirs! Thirdly, I refuse to use hotel...

"Very great place and friendly staff"
