"I liked everything about this facility. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms."

"This was like my dream come true. There were some bobbles: room not ready; room service not delivered, but they gave us a BETTER room and actually brought us a snack sack, sincere apology and comped dinner the following night. The view, the room, walkability, food and bar were first rate. Not only was the resort lovely, but it's only a few miles from other sightseeing locales: Marginal Way in Oginquit; the Bush compound; beaches, shopping, restaurants, etc. This was our "splurge" vacay, and it...

"The hotel is in a beautiful setting, and the lobby is bright and clean. It offers many amenities, including an espresso and cappuccino machine. However, our room featured, dirty, upholstered, chairs, and furniture that looked like it came from a Salvation Army fire sale. In addition, our room had no closet, only some hooks on which we could hang our clothing. The hotel definitely needs to refurbish its rooms, or else lower prices to match what they offer in terms of value."

"Great stay, beautiful property and the breakfast was so good!"

"It's a beautiful location - can't beat being right there on the ocean. It has a beautiful porch and nice lobby area. For the price, I felt the amenities were lacking: no soap at the sink to wash your hands with, shortage of towels because they hosted two weddings and the turnover of rooms caused a shortage (that was what we were told), game room could use some complete and updated games, Some of the rooms feel "tired" - rugs feel old. I would return because of the location but I would hope...

"Room was adorable and comfortable with terrific views. Could see sunrise from the bed. Housekeeping could use a little work. Jet tub was a little dirty and glasses in cupboards were dirty. Understandable outside windows would be dirty but inside windows could use a little TLC. Linen left on balcony in front of room. Coffee available all day was great, very friendly staff. Restaurant noise was a little loud but when they were closed it was very peaceful. Close to restaurants and shops. Overall...

"Room was great for the price. First room Smelled like a farm but extremely accommodating. Upgraded facility. Good place to stay in the area at a good rate."

"Location is great however the room is very antiquated not enough plugs smoke detector went off while using hair dryer. Refrigerator froze all our food. Very noisy walls are thin. No kitchen utensils or dishes. Will not return."

"Staff friendly and breakfast was a hearty buffet. Room was clean & easy to access."

"It was a wonderful short stay! The view of the beach and access was amazing!"

"Friendly staff and pet friendly. Seemed older, but pretty clean."

"Last minute booking so it was convenient. Other than that I would not recommend. Very little care put into making this hotel, seems like they put the bare minimum in to make money for desperate travelers. Better off using rolled up towels than the pillows, clean room but everything felt like it was made with the bare minimum to make it semi functional, shower faucet got stuck to on position, staff at front desk didn’t even know of local dinner places, and during check in was on the phone with...

"It was filthy and most of the items didn’t work."

"Extremely Disappointing Stay at Comfort Inn My experience at Comfort Inn was extremely disappointing. The facility was poorly maintained, cleanliness was unacceptable, basic amenities did not work properly, and the staff showed little to no concern about our concerns. This was far below the standards I expect from a hotel. One of the first things we noticed was the smell of marijuana in the hallway by the office. The office door was open directly into the hall, and the odor was overwhelming....
